Randy Raines

President of Resource Recovery Consultants (RRC), Randy has a proven track record of leadership in the waste and recycling industry, and has helped companies save millions of dollars in his 23 years of managing waste and recycling services. Randy is motivated daily at the opportunity to help his clients manage their resources in today’s circular economy. Randy is married with 2 children, and loves coaching youth soccer teams, which he has done at the local, club and high school levels for the last 17 years. His son, Matthew, went on to play soccer in college and graduate from Trevecca University as well as play semi-professional soccer across the U.S. Randy’s son Matthew upon completing his soccer career joined the U.S. Air Force and is currently a TACP specialist in the Air Force. Randy’s daughter, Kayla, graduated from Lipscomb University and ETSU Quillen School of Medicine. Kayla is currently a doctor doing her residency in East Tennessee. Kayla upon completing her residency will start her practice as a Pediatrician in the Nashville area. Randy’s wife Ginger is an RN with over 30 years’ experience most of that working in the NICU at various hospitals. With two degrees in business, Randy is always asking, “what’s the opportunity?”
